This machine is specially designed to produce the plastic flower bag in different shapes.
Main features
1. Overall computer control.
2. Equipped with two unwinder stations with two air shafts to hold the unwinder film rolls, two magnetic powder tension controllers and two EPC devices (Edge postion controllers) on the two unwinder stations.
3. The back feeding film motor is controlled by Panasonic, Japan inverter.
4. Equipped with two Panasonic, Japan servo motors.
5. The front feeding film motor is controlled by Panasonic, Japan inverter.
6. The main motor is controlled by Panasonic, Japan inverter.
7. Equipped with photocell to track the color.
8. Equipped with two hot sealers to seal the bottom of the flower bags.
9. With auto edge cutting system.
10. Equipped with auto eight pneumatic hole punchers.
11. With two pneumatic perforating cutter to perforate the flower bag, so that the flower bag can be easily torn off.
12. With hot pin by air pressure.
13. Anti-static bar, auto quantity counter and auto alarm.
